Inspection and testing of plug-in electrical equipment and safety switches for offices, housing providers and multi-site operators, with a register for each site and the next due date on record.

A recent job
Gen Z tested and tagged every office for a national employment services provider across Melbourne’s west, working around client appointments so no office closed.

Testing is organised around how each site operates, so staff, residents and customers are disrupted as little as possible.
Share the locations and a rough count of equipment at each one.
Agree dates and access around opening hours, including before or after hours.
Inspect and test each item, then tag it with the result and next due date.
Receive the register, results and failed items within two business days.
Book the next test from the due date, as part of Portfolio Care if you choose.
One visit, more covered
Most sites have a handful of electrical checks falling due at different times. Book them together and get one visit and one report per site.
Plug-in equipment, leads and power boards inspected, tested and tagged.
Safety switches tested in the same visit, with results on the same register.
Fittings tested and failed lights listed, so the site is covered in one trip.
Alarm checks added for housing and shared accommodation sites.
Every due date tracked in Portfolio Care, so the next visit is booked before anything lapses.
What you receive
Failed items are tagged out of service and listed in the report. Repairs or replacements proceed only once you approve them.
See what you receive
Every site gets its own register: what was tested, where it is, the result and when it is next due. Failed items are listed separately.

How often
How often equipment needs testing depends on where and how it is used. Under the Australian Standard for in-service testing (AS/NZS 3760), a workshop or busy shared space is not treated the same as a quiet office.
We agree a schedule for each site and keep the next due date on your record, so nothing relies on someone remembering.
Ready for your supplier checks
Commercial, childcare and supported-living sites need their contractors cleared before work starts. Here is what we provide.

The more we know about your sites, the faster and more accurate the quote. Rough numbers are fine.
Employers must keep workplace electrical equipment safe. Inspecting and testing to AS/NZS 3760 is the recognised way to show that. Some settings, such as construction sites and hire equipment, have their own specific requirements.
They are tagged out of service and listed in your report with a recommended repair or replacement. Nothing is repaired or replaced without your approval.
Yes, by arrangement. Tell us the times that suit each site.
Send us the locations. We will confirm which sites we can service before quoting.
