In short
One trade team from the initial check to close-out. The rectification items identified in the report were completed, and the follow-up request was handled the same way.
The brief
The property needed to meet rental minimum standards and be safe for the people living in it. That meant a full safety check first, then gas, electrical and general fixes, with access arranged around the residents each time.
What Gen Z did
Full safety and minimum-standards check. Gas rectifications: independent support for the ducted-heater flue and a new pressure and temperature relief valve. Electrical rectifications: two mains-powered smoke alarms with battery backup, a replacement ceiling fan, a replacement switch and a rangehood. Nine compliant safety anchors fitted to corded window coverings. A second bedroom ceiling fan replaced the following month, matched to the first.
The result
One trade team from the initial check to close-out. The rectification items identified in the report were completed, and the follow-up request was handled the same way.
