The brief
Asuria’s offices are open to the public and staffed every day. When something needs doing, from a new power point to a blocked toilet, it has to be sorted quickly, with minimal disruption and a clear record for the property team.
What Gen Z does
Gen Z handles the day-to-day requests: additional power points and lighting changes, power faults, blocked plumbing and general office repairs. Where a job would disrupt the office, it is booked after hours. One after-hours visit combined electrical testing and tagging, lighting work, ceiling-tile adjustments and cable tidying in a single booking, so the office opened as normal the next morning.
The result
More than 200 completed jobs, with one point of contact for electrical, plumbing and maintenance. Asuria’s property team sends the request; Gen Z arranges access, does the work and reports back.
